These Terms and Conditions govern all services offered by ALG Packers and Movers. By booking our services, you agree to the policies, responsibilities, and limitations outlined below.

All relocation bookings must be confirmed in advance with accurate details regarding the items to be moved, the pickup and drop locations, and any special requirements. The final quotation is based on the information provided; any change in inventory, distance, or effort required may lead to a revision in the service cost. Customers are responsible for ensuring proper access at both locations, including parking permissions, building approvals, and elevator availability where applicable.

ALG Packers and Movers uses high-quality packing materials and professional techniques to ensure the safety of goods. However, we are not liable for damage caused by improper packing requested by the customer, natural calamities, accidents beyond control, or the movement of prohibited or restricted items. Customers must disclose fragile, high-value, or sensitive items before the move. We reserve the right to refuse goods that are hazardous, illegal, or unsafe for transportation.

All payments must be settled as per the agreed terms before or during the service. Delays in payment may result in suspension of services or holding of goods until dues are cleared. Any additional services requested during the move, such as extra labor, long-carry access, re-packing, or storage, will be chargeable.

While we strive for punctual service, unforeseen delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, government restrictions, or mechanical issues may occur. ALG Packers and Movers will communicate any delays promptly but will not be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control. Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed.

In the event of loss or damage for which we are responsible, compensation will be limited to the value or repair cost as per company policy and subject to proper inspection. Claims must be reported immediately upon delivery; claims made later may not be accepted.

By using our services, you acknowledge these Terms and Conditions and agree to cooperate fully to ensure a smooth and safe relocation. ALG Packers and Movers reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting.
